However, the wallet delivered to me does not have the features advertised and specified in the product I ordered, most importantly:
There is no coin pocket, despite the ordered product specifically mentioning an ID & Coin Pocket.
I registered the complaint via email and WhatsApp, but till now no satisfactory response.
After multiple emails got a reply stating that the product delivered was the same and return could not be done.
